In 1990 a handful of men sat down together at the seat table and talked about American cars that they actually roared on gravel for years on the Luxembourg stock car scene. We reveled in memories of yesteryear. In fact, we regret having discarded several rare bodies, notably the Mustangs whose bodies were mostly scrapped after a race. Sometimes only the engine and gears as well as the rear axle were enlarged and the whole body went to the junkyard.

From now on, that should change. Since it's never too late to do something right, we have decided in the future not to give up on the beautiful and sporty Mustangs; we wanted to restore them.

Thus, the first stone was laid to create a club. The statutes have been compiled and approved by the municipal council of Contern. Initially, we focused on the 64-73 models under the name "Vintage Mustang Club Of Luxembourg".

The name remains, however, all Mustang vintages are now represented in the club.
